A site for webmasters and designers. This site has a nice selection of stock photography, animations, buttons, backgrounds, and more. It also offers downloadable "ActionKits" for photoshop which enable you to produce complex effects with only one simple step. There is a wide variety of things covered in these "ActionKits" from simple embossing to adding fog and underwater effects.
Fixed or Fluid?
A great article on the subject of whether or not a web page should be designed with a fixed-width layout, or a 'fluid' on, expanding with the width of the user's browser window.
